Skillshare: Elderberry Syrup Making Workshop

We'll work together learning hands-on the art of elderberry syrup making and the science of herbalism. You'll leave with your own bottle of syrup, class notes, and the knowledge to make it safely on your own at home.

You're invited into the cozy kitchen of the Gathering Room at Laughing Tree Cove to learn the magic of making herbal medicine in community.

We'll be making the syrup from scratch using Cara’s time-tested recipe, including variations to suit your family (based on your constitution). You will learn how to work with fresh berries and how to source them, how to cook and press the syrup, and finish up with good bottling practices.

She’ll also share ideas for using it as more than medicine. You'll go home with your own bottle of syrup too, just in time for warding off the winter chill.
