Spend an afternoon at Laughing Tree Cove learning the old-fashioned art of making and preserving apple butter with celebrated author and Appalachian foodways teacher, Ashley English.
We'll work together learning hands-on the art of apple butter creation and the science of water-bath canning along the way. You'll leave with your own jar of apple butter, class notes, and the knowledge to make it and safely can your own produce at home.
